You can select 45 or 30 minutes as the reminder time. It is 45 minutes by default. You can set it as count-up or countdown timer.
The timer starts automatically when you start using the computer. The timer stops automatically when there is 10 minutes inactivity.
You can change the notification picture to your family photo, pet photo, etc. Gif is also supported.
